UK and Magna have agreed to the factories Vauxhall

The British Government and the Canadian Corporation Magna International have agreed to less significant than previously planned, the job cuts at factories avtostroitelnoy British company Vauxhall. Reported by the BBC.

Vauxhall is the European division of the American corporation General Motors, which today is jointly with the German Opel acquires Magna International.

The current interim agreement between the British government and Magna International opens the road to complete the deal with GM, experts say.


In London on Friday and Saturday, held talks in which participated the Minister for commercialization Peter Mandelson and senior representatives of the Canadian consortium, one that includes the Russian capital.
